Liberty Service Teams

Service Teams drive the ministry of Liberty Church. We invite you to find a place of service, ministering together with a team of people who work together to further the purposes of God and to bless others. • Outreach Team

The most important task of the church is to reach lost souls. The Outreach team is the

main team responsible for this. The team works together to seek ways to reach the lost and hurting by inviting them into God’s house where they will feel the love and acceptance of Christ.

  • First Impressions Team

First impressions in the local church are about creating the atmosphere expressed by Jesus in

Matthew 11:28-30, “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light" (ESV). The First Impressions Team is comprised of sub-teams including parking lot attendants, greeters, and ushers.

  • Technology and Arts Team

The Technology and Arts Team understands that the Gospel message never changes but how it is packaged and presented changes from one generation to the next. The team supports the worship team in sound and lighting functions and develops ways to communicate the gospel through drama.

  • Worship Team

The Worship Team provides leadership of an engaging and excellent worship experience for Liberty’s Sunday morning church services so that those gathered are facilitated in worshipping God and encountering his presence.

  • Follow-up and Care Team

The Follow-up and Care Team is dedicated to helping newcomers become active, ongoing participants in the life of the church. The team provides a warm reception for guests to Liberty and assists in their assimilation process. The team also coordinates care for those hospitalized, homebound, or sick.

  • Children’s Team and Youth Team

Churches often grow because they are reaching young families with children or youth. Churches grow when children and youth want to come back to the church’s program for them. Churches grow when families like what the children’s program is doing for and with their children. The Children’s Team and Youth Team seeks to communicate the gospel to children and youth in an engaging way that gives them a great church experience while equipping them to make a decision for Christ and serve him throughout their life.

  • Small Groups Team

The Small Groups Team organizes a variety of small group options in order to provide healthy, loving, and accepting relationships through connecting friends, showing the compassion of Christ, and empowering people for ministry.
